You can either use glue or the glue sticker to apply. There will be an instruction card on how to apply and remove the press ons with your kit as well as an optional prep kit that comes with, buffer, file, cuticle pusher, cuticle oil, glue, glue tabs, alcohol wipe

When you select your press on you will see the question Free prep kit, Yes or No. A free prep kit includes, file, buffer, cuticle pusher, cuticle oil, glue, glue tabs, alcohol wipes and a instruction card for FREE. It is highly recommend to get one, but if you are buying 2 press ons or more, you do not need multiple prep kits.
